Overview

Traveling comfortably from Cusco to Aguas Calientes town is very easy if you do it on the Vistadome panoramic train during the rainy seasons (from January to April). Feel part of the landscape on this train with large windows that make it seem like you don’t have a roof over your head.

This trip that combines the comfort of a bus with the elegance of a panoramic train begins at the Wanchaq train station, which is located 5 minutes from the center of the city of Cusco, from there you will board the bus and cross the Sacred Valley and its vast landscape, until you reach the Ollantaytambo train station where the Vistadome train awaits you to continue your journey through the Peruvian heights.

The train offers you a light snack that is accompanied by a cold drink and a hot drink on a trip with background music that reminds you that you will soon arrive at Machu Picchu. The Vistadome train is very comfortable, it has ample space to stretch your legs and its seats are padded.
