Overview

In this tour you will know the route that Pisco follows before becoming this delicious Peruvian drink that cannot be missed in Peruvian bars since it is the main ingredient of our signature drink, the “Pisco Sour”

First you will visit the artisanal Pisco winery “El Catador” (the taster) that exists since 1856 and you will learn what is the process that the grapes follow to be distilled and become Pisco and what are the varieties of Pisco that exist. Then for you to see the difference between an artisan process and an industrial one, you will visit the “Vista Alegre” winery that not only produces Pisco but also Wines of different varieties that are produced on a large scale. Finally, you will visit the “Tacama” winery, considered the winery of Oldest wine in South America that has a colonial viewpoint that you can climb to have a panoramic view of its vineyards.
