Maido offers you the best Japanese fusion food experience with Peruvian ingredients that brings together the history of two countries and the mutual collaboration of their customs. The owner of Maido is chef Mitsuharu “Micha” Tsumura, Peruvian by birth, graduated in the United States and trained in Japan, before returning to Peru and founding Maido with all the experience and love of two cultures.
