Overview

The local Costa Rican cuisine is at your fingertips on this tour where you will learn about the ingredients you will use, visiting a local farmers market and about the preparation of traditional food with the homemade recipes of yesteryear.

Our first visit will be the local market of Quepos where you will visit the vendor-producer stalls to choose the fresh ingredients that will be used in the preparation of the dishes for the delicious lunch at the private ranch in the city of London where it will take place the cooking lesson, in the ranch there is also a garden where we can select some organic products for the preparation of the homemade recipe that we will prepare with the expert local cooks.

The delicious menu consists of artisan corn tortillas, plantain ceviche, chicken in tomato sauce and other dishes that you will taste at the end. Then you can take a walk around the ranch exploring the surroundings and walk to the Naranjo River where you can take a dip if there is time.
