“Grietas del Amor” (cracks of love) are part of a volcanic fracture that extends from Punta Estrada to the western end of Bahía de la Academia. To reach the cracks you must go by sea in a water taxi that is approached from the dock of Santa Cruz Island and that leaves you at the Punta Angermeyer dock, from there you will walk for about 20 minutes, passing through the salt water lagoons, Germans beach and several properties until you finally get to the ravine of the biggest crack.
