Kjolle offers its guests traditional but creative Peruvian food that is characterized by its color that combines the best of the three natural regions of native Peru, with original products from Andean valleys, high lakes, Amazon forests, among other vast places rich in culture and nature. Its creator is chef Pía León and the restaurant’s name is inspired by a flower of Andean origin that grows in extreme high altitude conditions.
