Choose the most adventurous tour that will take you to know the Argentine side of the famous Iguazu Falls in its upper and lower sectors and the Devil’s Throat to end with a quiet walk along the Iguazu River.
The Argentine side of the Iguazu Falls has 275 waterfalls so impressive as they fall 70 meters (229 feet) high. The Iguazu Falls have been declared a Natural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO since 1984, thus becoming an unmissable natural destination.
The stages of this adventure tour are:
SUPERIOR WALK
THE GREAT ADVENTURE
In this circuit that lasts 1 hour approx. You will walk about 800 meters of walkway and you will see the Dos Hermanas, Bosetti, Bernabé Méndez and others falls from the top. For this circuit you do not need a lot of physical training as it is of low difficulty and you will not have to go up or down stairs.
The walk here is longer, with 1600 meters (5250 feet) of walkway that will take you approximately 2 hours where you will see the Dos Hermanas, Alvar Núñez, San Martín, Bosetti and Peñón de la Bella Vista falls from below. From there you will even have a beautiful panoramic view of the Devil's Throat and the Iguazu River Canyon. This time the difficulty of this walk is moderate because here you will have to up stairs.
To get to Garganta del Diablo (Devil's Throat) you should take a train that will run for about 18 minutes and then a walkway of 1200 meters (3937 feet) where you will be delighted with the most spectacular and most important waterfall of the Iguazu Falls. Here you will have a 2-hour walk on walkways without stairs, easy to handle.
The first part of this tour is done navigating towards the foot of the San Martín, Bosetti, Tres Mosqueteros and Devil's Throat Canyon and downstream through the rapids of the Iguazu River 3 kilometers from the falls. The second part is done in movitrucks for 8 kilometers entering the missionary jungle where the guide will make an interpretation of the flora and fauna of the place.
