Taste the traditional Peruvian food from your own hands with the cooking classes where you will have the advice of an expert chef. This tour can be taken in two schedules, in the morning at 9:00 AM so at the end you can have lunch what you prepared, or in the afternoons at 3:00 PM to finish with dinner.

Once in the classes the chef will show you the work area and the kitchen tools that you will use in the preparation of your dishes.
For lunch you will prepare a delicious “Aji de Gallina” that is prepared with boiled and shredded chicken, with spicy yellow pepper sauce, very traditional in Peru, you can also prepare ceviche with fresh fish and seafood marinated with lemon juice, a delight for your lunch, but if you decide to prepare your dinner, the main dish will be a delicious lomo saltado, a Chinese-Peruvian fusion dish, incorporated into Peruvian cuisine due to the immigration of Chinese citizens to Peru who brought the soy sauce that gives a special flavor to Peruvian food. The lomo saltado is prepared with beef marinated with the “Sillao” (soy sauce) that is sautéed with long thick red onion and tomato, all this preparation is served with white rice, another Chinese contributions to Peruvian food.
Lunch and dinner include Chicha Morada, a Peruvian drink made with purple corn that is boiled with water, cinnamon, cloves and sugar, when the liquid is cold it is ready to drink, you can add pineapple to the cooking and before serving, a little lemon juice to give it a special flavor. The second drink is “Pisco Sour”, the most traditional cocktail in Peru. This cocktail is prepared with the true Peruvian pisco, which is a distillate of grapes, the other ingredients are, lemon juice and egg white mixed in a shaker and before serving, add a few drops of angostura bitters.
