Sky Losge is a rather peculiar hostel where the rooms are shaped like capsules that are suspended by thick cables on the slope of a mountain, giving guests an incomparable view of the valley by day and the starry mountain sky at night as it seems that you are suspended in the air.

In addition to spending the night in the suspended capsules of Sky Lodge, you have also the option of doing via ferrata, rappel or zip-line to get to or leave the capsules or if you prefer you can join these activities and live a high altitude adventure.

As you see there are many possibilities to explore and live the Sacred Valley, ranging from visiting the nearby ruins that you can find near the different towns that make up the valley like Ollantaytambo or Pisac and visiting ancient areas that served as economic sustenance for ancient Peruvians such as the circular platforms of Moray or the Maras salt mines among other attractions.

Once you arrive at Sky Lodge, the staff will serve you 4 Peruvian cuisine dishes that include soup, starter, main course and dessert as well as an alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink (previous choice).

After spending the night at Sky Lodge, in the morning you will go up to the breakfast capsule to take your freshly prepared meals and enjoy once again the vast landscape.

Currently the Sky Lodge has 3 capsules (two suites and one for dining room), each one has 4 beds and a private bathroom (with a dry toilet, and a hand wash).

The capsules are very safe and resistant to the weather, each one has a dimension of 7.5 mt. (24.6 feet) long x 2.6 mt. (8.5 feet) tall and wide. The capsules are completely transparent and are constructed with aerospace aluminum and high-strength polycarbonate. For your privacy they have curtains and they are not completely closed, as they have windows and an exit hatch at the top where you can access the interior of the module.
