The dishes of the buffet are served in clay pots as was used in the old traditional Peruvian cuisine. The buffet offers you starters, main dishes and desserts. The dance show is presented while you have dinner, awakening all your senses. The dances represent different times and cultures of Peruvian history of the three natural regions: Coast, Highlands and Jungle.
