Limo comes from the name of the Peruvian chili that bears the same name and is the main ingredient in the preparation of ceviche, an emblematic Peruvian dish. In Limo you will find dishes that base their preparation on fish and other sea products that tell us the history of Peru and its coasts, as well as Peruvian-Japanese culinary-fusion dishes that also use sea products in most of their plates.
With a privileged location, Limo is located in an old mansion in the Plaza de Armas of Cusco. Limo´s bar you can also find cocktails made with fruits from the Andes region and the Peruvian jungle.
