Overview

Enjoy a restorative bath in the Puritama Hot Springs that are born in the Chilean Andes Mountain Range due to underground volcanic materials that flow to the surface of the Puritama River, forming eight natural pools surrounded by low Andean vegetation.

To get to the Puritama Hot Springs you will have to travel about 30 kilometers (18 miles) from the city of San Pedro de Atacama. Its temperature rises to 33 ° C (91 ° F) and they have dressing rooms, bathrooms and terraces arranged around each pool for the comfort of visitors.
